TeaSterl and King's Academy's International Educators Community of Practice (ECoP)
Teacher professional development is of great importance in enhancing and empowering educators’ professional practices in schools. This ensures that gradually deteriorating educational ordeals inherent in South African schools do not dwindle existing educators’ passion and dedication. Through CoPs, educators receive support and feel a sense of belonging in the education sector (Citation), yielding motivation to tirelessly address challenges and strengthen levels and practices towards quality teaching and learning within environments conducive for learning. This CoP, recognizes necessity for teachers, especially those in the management levels of schools to join hands professional uplifting with internationla institutions.

To inspire South African teachers’ pedagogical practices through international active engagement and collaboration
Vision
To establish mutually beneficial international relations between SA and USA schools on educators and student exchange programs
The organisation's first CoP took place in October 2017 in USA, in collaboration with Georgia State University
