- We specialize in intensive career development camps for rural schools. To qualify, a school must be rural and underperforming.
- We also arrange and host teacher professional development camps annually and in-school training throughout the year.
- To create awareness and continuous support to enhance educators’ use of Information Communication Technologies (ICTs) and teaching on a shoe-string
- To enhance relevance of subject content through “fun” filled instructional engagements
- To narrow the gap between experienced and novice educators
- To inspire geographically isolated learners by creating in-depth career exhibitions

- Recognise and appreciate different educator generations for personal and professional development purposes through Reciprocal Learning Camp
- Integrate ICT and Shoe-string teaching strategies to narrow the gap between formal and actual curricular
- Recognize and appreciate resources surrounding local contexts for learning benefits
- Expose geographically isolated learners to different career choices and real varsity setting
